Our Process

Civil project process

Step 1

Pre-Construction

  • Concept & Feasibility: Define project goals, budget, and structural constraints.
  • Design Stage: Architects and structural engineers create drawings & electrical/plumbing plans.
  • Approvals & Permits: End-to-end support to secure legal building permissions from authorities.
Step 2

Site Preparation

  • Site Surveying: Measure the land plot accurately and mark structural boundaries.
  • Clearing & Excavation: Remove obstacles, vegetation, and excavate to depth.
  • Temporary Facilities: Setup material sheds, site offices, and worker utilities.
Step 3

Foundation & Substructure

  • Excavation: Drill and excavate footings based on soil testing specifications.
  • Footing Construction: Pour concrete footings, piles, or foundation slabs.
  • Underground Utilities: Lay plumbing, earthing pits, sumps, and electrical conduits.
Step 4

Super Structure

  • Frame Construction: Construct RCC columns, beams, or steel columns.
  • Slab Casting: Cast concrete floors and rooftops using M25 mix design.
  • Walls & Masonry: Raise 6" and 4" Fly Ash Block walls with sand mortar.
Step 5

Enclosure & Finishes

  • Doors & Windows: Install Teak wood main doors, Sal wood internal frames, and WPC windows.
  • Services Integration: Route internal plumbing and wiring (Polycab/Finolex fireproof wires).
  • Finishing: Double-coat Asian Tractor paint, vitrified tiles, granite, and fixtures.
Step 6

Finalization & Commissioning

  • Testing: Commission electrical, plumbing, heat pumps, and solar connections.
  • Snagging: Conduct safety checks and resolve minor aesthetic defects (FNF).
  • Handover: Complete FNF handover of turnkey project to the owner.
